Debate: Making room for religion on campus?

A University of Technology should not only train our future engineers in their chosen field, but also provide them with the tools to evaluate and communicate all aspects of their research and its impacts on our planet and society.

The TU Delft Debating Club has joined forces with Delta and Studium Generale to organise monthly debates on topics ranging from local issues within the university to the global challenges that face our planet.

Following recent events on campus, the first debate will deal with the question of religion. On a campus that facilitates all manner of social and cultural activities beyond the curriculum, should we also make room for religion on campus?

Organised jointly by Studium Generale, TU Delft Debating Club and Delta.
