Seasonal and Local Cooking, a Sustainable cooking workshop
It’s all about good food, good friends, and good ideas — and we’ve got all you need in order to get started.
During the cooking workshop we focus on local and seasonal food and you’ll learn how to prepare it to make dinner a delicious experience. The chef who will guide you through the process is Geoffrey Pijpaert, a professional cook who has considerable knowledge about what dishes to make with seasonal and locally occurring ingredients. Meet other people who are interested in where our food comes from and how we can consume more responsibly while enjoying life. As you’ll learn more about modern agriculture and how to deal with it responsibly – as told by the Youth Food Movement (YFM) – , this workshop presents an opportunity to meet people, get new recipes and get to know more about how to prepare and share a delightful dinner based on what the autumn season provides.

The event might be held outside (weather permitting). So don’t forget to bring a sweater, as it might get chilly in the evening.
