Engineers, like everyone else, are human beings with worries, doubts, and emotions. But there are those on campus who have excellent skills in dealing with these issues, and they are offering to share those skills with everyone. So if you’re looking for a way to effectively approach your mind and your mental states, consider trying a yoga/meditation session. There is also time for questions at the end. These sessions are completely free for students, staff, and visitors.
